Anne Bower

                     Anne reads a poem at the Tai Chi Summer Conference Talent Show!

Anne and her partner, Jim Rose, live in a small house that was built in 1783 to bring a doctor to this community.  Jim moved here from Indiana where he owned and ran a large organic vegetable farm.  Anne moved from Ohio where she taught American Literature and composition at Ohio State University-Marion.

Each summer, Anne attends Dr. Paul lam's tai chi workshop, co-sponsored by the Tai Chi for Health Community organization.  This year, at the talent show, she read "Three Poems for Tai Chi Players." 

Tai Chi continues to inspire her writing in new ways.
